See this website:
"Dealing with Unwanted Spyware and Parasites"
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

Download and run the program(s) "CWShredder" and/or "HijackThis". If you
create a log file with "HijackThis" then don't "fix" anything yourself.
Post the log file at:
http://forum.aumha.org/viewforum.php?f=30
They have some experts there who can help you "read" the log file.

And/or:
"THE PARASITE FIGHT"
http://aumha.org/a/parasite.htm

If you don't have any anti-virus/firewall software installed then you
could do an online scan at RAV:
http://www.ravantivirus.com/scan/

and/or Panda:
http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm

If you run Windows XP and you don't have a firewall installed then at
least turn on XPs firewall:
"Use the Internet Connection Firewall"
