Hi Jeff,

Thanks for your posting here.

I would like to confirm the following information with you first.

1. What is your operation system and Internet Explorer version?
2. Does the problem occur if you print a Excel file?
3. Does the problem occur if you print a normal web page or just a HTML
file?
4. Open your Printer in printer folder, and try to print again. Can you see
any print job generated?
5. Is the Excel document within a frame or you open it using Internet
Explorer?
6. Does the problem occur on all the printers or just some certain printers?
7. Please click File ->Print Preview. Is it normal?

Now please try to tight-click the link, and then click Print Target. Does
it work?

I am looking forward to your response.

Regards,
Bob Qin

On our company intranet we have various forms and templates that
employees
can link to though the intranet site. We've been noticing alot
recently
that when a user clicks a link to an excel file, it will open, they
can type
into the file...but when they try to print nothing happens.

      No errors.

You briefly see the printer icon apear in the system tray, but only
for a
      second.

      Any suggestions?

      Jeff
