IE6 will not open.

I recently got infected with a CoolWebSearch homepage
hijacker and the only way I could find to rid myself of it
was to delete it from the registry myself.

I was very careful to only delete the files that it has
attached because they were all marked with the same
description.

However, after finishing up and restarting IE6 will no
longer open and I now have a MSScript Control error and a
window for Telnet opens. I have no idea what any of this is
and all help is appreciated.
