--- For what it's worth, anything named Norton can and will cause system problems by reporting errors that don't exist, and cause general weird problems. If you upgraded to SP2, take your time before you update next time until all the bugs are worked out. SP2 is causing all types of problems... many posts here saying the trouble with IE started after they installed SP2. There's a very long list on M$ site of programs and apps that won't work after SP2 is installed. The best thing I think you can do is uninstall it and wait for all the fixes.
