I also found out when I saw a pop up with AOL ads, I
right-click and click "properties" and it turned out
showing offeroptimizer.com is also has to do with pop up
because I found out that the website I accidently visited
installed offeroptimizer.com on my computer. So I
uninstalled and remeoved them via Control Panel. It
didn't removed manually in Program Files.

Is there a way to get rid of that ones, too??
