I've noticed that I'm getting sporadic loss of connectivity through
the IE 6 web browser. Here is what happens:

1. Go to www.yahoo.com
2. Load a bunch of other pages in various browsers.
3. During browsing, all of a sudden I can no longer access any web
pages.
4. Open a dos window and start a continuous ping of www.yahoo.com.
5. Responds successfully over and over.
6. Try opening a fresh browser (NOT through File > New > Window)
7. go to www.yahoo.com. No response.
8. Ping still working successfully.
9. Eventually browser starts responding. Will go on like this again a
while later.

I'm on a broadband cable connection and notice this seems to happen
primarily when there is multiple browser windows retrieving content at
the same time. I've also seen this with offline website applications
that bring a site down. If I set it for more than one connection, I
get numerous couple minute pauses where the browsing function on the
internet is disabled.

Anyone know the cause of this? Thanks.
