Hello, Folks! If you could help me, I would really appreciate it! I have a
JavaScript call that operates in Internet Explorer 5.5 running under Windows
2000 Professional. However, it doesn't run in Internet Explorer 6.0.2900
running under Windows XP Home Edition SP2. I know that SP2 has all kinds of
Active X and script blocking in it, but I believe I have turned off whatever
I can turn off. Plus, I've edited my Internet Security Permissions to mirror
those in Windows 2000. Here is the script call in question: <script
type="text/javascript"
src="http://p3k.org/rss/?url=http%3A%2F%2Frss.news.yahoo.com%2Frss%2Fmovies&align=left&width=740&frameColor=black&titleBarColor=lightblue&titleBarTextColor=black&boxFillColor=white&textColor=black&fontFace=arial&maxItems=10&compact=&showXmlButton=1&javascript=true"></script>
This scrip uses the JavaScript RSS Box Viewer tool
(http://p3k.org/rss/?setup=true) That column you see on the left is what
should be appearing on my websites (http://www.spacelinks.net/news.html) and
(http://www.memphisfilms.com/movienews.html). The trick on the RSS site is
that it uses a program that parses the data and turns it into a standard HTML
<TABLE>, whereas my JavaScript call is trying to import the data into the
HTML using a script call. I really appreciate any assistance you can provide.
Thank you so much for your help! John
