IE 6.0 Exit Error

On exiting from IE I get the following error:
iexplore.exe - application error
The instructions @ "0x00a03e8d" referened memory
at "0x00a03e8d". The memory could not be 'read'. Click OK
to terminate program.

My wife logs onto the same computer under her login and
runs and exits IE without getting the error.

Appreciate any assistance.
