IE 6 Problem

Just recently started having this problem. When I go to
certain web sites, i.e. cnet.com, only part of the page
loads. The text loads, but thumbnails or links don't
load. I just get a blank spot on the screen where the
picture of the link would be. Downloaded mozilla firefox
and I had the same problem. So I don't know if the
problem is with IE or if its with my system.
