Missing Complete Internet Options Column

A couple of days ago I noticed that for some strange reason my homepage got
nuked and started sending me to MSN.com for some reason.

I dutifully went to the Internet Options area to click under General Tab and
replace the page with my own when I noticed that I was missing the General
Tab itself. I can no longer change anything to that area which is contained
within. Now at the same time I also noticed that in addition to the General
Tab, the Programs Tab was missing as well.

Is there a way to get these back without resorting to nuking IE6 and trying
to installing it over again?

I run on DSL and just recently got that with SBC Yahoo DSL. I know they
have their own stuff they like to load up, but originally the Internet
Explorer program was working fine without causing any problems so I do not
know if its because of the SBC, some type of malicious item, etc. I run both
Anti-Virus/Firewall from Norton as well.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
