For no discernable reason, I'm suddenly getting an error message any time I attempt to open >Internet Options (to clean out my temp files, for example).

Message reads: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

It's my home computer; I AM the administrator; I don't change settings ever.

Moreover, I've run Trendmicro Housecall, no viruses. Spybot has been in place for two years, and I use Web Washer.

Any helps available?
