How to save web page as Word doc

Is it possible to save a web page (*.htm, *.mht, or
*.html) as a Word document (*.doc)? The only way I figure
now is
1) Copy and paste into Word and then save, or
2) Save as *.mht and change file extension to .doc

Thanks for any help you can provide.
