For some reason my kids PC showed a list of downloaded
MP3s in text when trying to access Symantec.com. I saved
those as a text file and removed the temp files etc but
now I just get the website unavailabl error when I try to
get in again. Can get into Norton.com but once I choose a
menu item - it redirects through Symantec.com and I get
the same message. Its a bit of a problem because now that
PC is open to viruses and we can't register/up-date. Any
suggestions anyone?
