Script statement problem

Followed solution article 175500 on own user computer
registry. Adjustment to 10,000,000 solved loading time.

Q: This is an on line database which has a large
collection of users so it will be difficult to change each
individual registry. How to change javascript or database
(built in MS access) to come under the typical 5,000,000
script statement limit.
