Running WIN ME (still). All of a sudden, I can't access the Tools /
Internet Options submenu in IE6, v.6.0.2800.1106. Even stranger, I CAN
access it through control panel. When I attempt access it through IE, a
pop-up message appears, stating "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator." Running the IE Repair routine does not help. What's up with
that?
