Active Scripting within IE Options>security tab *must be enabled* for that
small upper left hand corner pop-up window to open. If you are on the PC
magazine page with Active Scripting disabled, you must *refresh the page
after* you have enabled Active Scripting.
I use ZA Pro (older version than yours) and Google toolbar with pop-up
blocker and the PC mag window works for me.
