The shell folder paths all point to where they should, the folders are in
their correct place under user profile, I should mention I see this issue a
lot on other peoples pc's just not sure what is causing it

Weird! Checked the Shell folder paths in the registry? Also, notice if the
cookies and TIF are created with your user profile also (?)
