Actually IE keeps recreating the temp int files, cookies, and history in the
Temp directory even after deletion the minute I open IE back up it recreates
them
to make this more frustrating any cookies that I actually want keep getting
lost
Not sure where to go from here any ideas?

Same situtation here. (ZoneAlarm stores some TMP files there, in my system).
But, I don't see any IE related TMP files in that area.Do you see any?
