Can't save home page

My home page keeps changing to about.blank, I ran my anti
virus, ran Spyware Nuker,and followed instructions to
perform a clean boot. The problem continued even with
only the load system services bok un checked and for
which their instructions don't cover what to do in the
event it is still occuring. Can any one give some guidance
