problem when starting IE

When I open IE, my antivirus software goes nuts finding "TROJ_AGENT.Z2".
I've looked around the web for fixes. I ran spybot, spysweeper, virus scan
and it doesn't find anything.

The following file is created "TNGGV.DLL" in windows directory, everytime I
open IE. I've deleted the file several times already.

Anyone know how to get rid of this problem?
