I am having the same problem. I followed your instructions ... deleted "key", exited reg/edit ... went back to IE (version 6), picked internet options, content advisor, "disable" and clicked OK when it asked for a password and it just gave me an error saying I had to type in a password. I did this several times and it will not disable it without typing in a password. I have tried the other options you provided also and it does not fix my problem.

I am having the same problem as Bobby. Originally content advisor worked on, but now even though I have it enabled, it does not block any sites.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong??
