Check to see if this is your DNS address (e.g. using winipcfg).

Server: ns2.westlin.com
Address: 207.70.170.31

Here is what an nslookup using that server shows

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: jerseyspeedskiffs.com
Address: 207.70.190.66
Aliases: www.jerseyspeedskiffs.com

This suggests that it might work if you tried using the canonical name
instead of the alias in your Address bar.

Also verify that when you ping -n 1 either name that that is
the IP address which is used.

If it is not that you could temporarily add an entry to your HOSTS file
to override the lookup (and doing that in any case might change your
symptom by improving the timing of the lookup.)

207.70.190.66 www.jerseyspeedskiffs.com

Then assuming the same DNS on each system it looks like a bad override
(e.g. from HOSTS) on your system. However, try comparing your routing
table with hers. Command is netstat -r or route print

You can probably find better help from a newsgroup which
specializes in networking for your OS.

Good luck
