Try the following:

IE Options>content tab>autocomplete>check use autocomplete for (whatever you
want)> OK> Apply if necessary>OK Out. You should also look at the Advanced
tab in IE Options (although it is subservient to the Content tab)> scroll
down to use autocomplete for (whatever you are choosing)>apply>OK out.
