What about Q837009 you should have that in the about box too, unfortunatly I no nothing about the update you mention (Hotfix Q329115) do u use liveupdate or do you just choose what to have?

I noticed that sometimes I cant access some sites but that is either because the server hosting them is overloaded or the site itself is down.

the other thing to look at is you internet connection/server may be preventing u from accesing these sites.

I presume that u have enabled ckookies for these sites since some wont load at all without this.

A firewall may just cause this to happen if there are trojans or viruses attacking ports on systems accessing some sites.

whatever you do dont acept own site plugin installing, they all invariably contain malicious code which causes avoc.

Dont download any Zilla software it contains adware/spyware.

Hope this goes anywhre in ways to help you sort this.
