where is java in my advanced ie options?

In the advanced tab in my ie setting, I do not have a
section entitled microsoft vm with the various java
settings. I have download the 6.xx of ie but the vm
section in not there. I am running home xp and would
like to know how I access the microsoft vm settings for
ie. thanks AB
