This problem occurs due to malware browser helper objects (BHO) installed in the computer. The BHO tries to modify certain system files and Windows Registry entries that require administrative credentials to access. From a limited user account, the BHO may not be able to access these files and registry entries, Internet Explorer stops abruptly
Download all of these utilities and scan the system.
Note: Spyware removers are rules-based and are updated very frequently as and when new malware is discovered. Therefore, update both of these tools before scanning, very important.
