constant runtime errors-please help

REcently I've noticed it seems on 8/10 web pages I visit
I always receive a runtime error, and it asks me if I
wsih to debug (whicih I dont know how to do). How can I
fix this? I do not know what happened that is causing
this. This only started happening about 2 weeks ago. Any
suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thank
you.
