Uninstall Problems

I currently have windows 98 installed on my PC. I'm
trying to uninstall Internet Explorer 6.0.2800 and go
back to a previous version. I then want to update back to
6.0.2800 The problem I'm having is where do I uninstall
6.0.2800 from? I have tried add/remove.
