What are the links? Do the pages they take you to give you a clue as to what
might be causing them? (e.g. a possible third-party application or spyware
that you could remove from add/remove programs).
Also check your hard drive for spyware using a third-party spyware removal
application as well as scanning it for viruses using the latest signatures.
You can also try an re-install of IE (see:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;318378).
