Startpage about:blank keeps on coming back

Hi!
I have startpage about:blank and even if I change I can
not get rid of it!
I have seen that other people use it, but they say they
have choosen it, but I can not disable it. I use spyware
to uninstall, but after reboot it comes back.
I also now receive a "spywarning" popup which is very
annoying, but I do not dare ro click link in this popup
saying they can search for spyware in my computer.

Any suggestions/help?
