Problem solved!!!!
Here is what the nice man at Microsoft told me to do,and it worked!

Based on my knowledge, this problem is caused by third-party plug-ins or spyware. We can perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Step 1:

======

1. Click Start click Control Panel, select "Switch to Classic View".

2. Double-click Internet Options.

3. In General tab, click Delete Cookies, Delete Files.

4. Click "Settings", and then click "View Files". Delete all files in this folder.

5. In the Settings window, click "View Objects". Delete all the objects in this folder. If some objects cannot be deleted, please restart the computer and try again.

6. Click Advanced tab, click Restore Defaults icon and clear the check on "Enable third-party browser extensions".

7. Click OK and restart the computer and test the problem

If the problem is not resolved, we should check if there is any spyware in the system. To do so:

Step 2

======

1. Go to the following link to download and install the spyware removal tool: Ad-Aware 6.0

http://lavasoft.element5.com/support/download/

2. Run Ad-aware6, in the main window, click Scan Now, and click Next.

3. Ad-aware 6 will find the spyware programs, and ask if you want to delete them.

4. Delete them.

Please try the steps above, and let me know the results at your earliest convenience.

If you have any concerns with the steps provided or have any further problems please feel free to contact me.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Andrew Yao
