Hi Tom - Well, two solutions, both free:

First, Quick Favorites Search, here: http://chris.id.au/qfs/default.htm
and then Favorites Search, here: http://www.dzsoft.com/

I use both of them and they both work well. Favorites Search is an IE
toolbar which opens a frame in your browser, while QFS opens a separate
window, but offers more versatile search parameters and is faster. Both
Recommended.

And a third, but not free, solution is PowerMarks, here:
http://www.kaylon.com/power.html This is a BHO which is very much more
powerful and with considerable additional capabilities. Also
Recommended.
