it's the worst form of a virus ... it's spyware.
try spybot safer-networking.org
and ad-aware lavasoftusa.com
update first before scanning and remove the scum from your
system and use spybots immunize.
and in ie tools,options,advanced,uncheck both 'enable
install on demand',apply
and use a more secure browser like firefox from
mozilla.org
