I just went through the same thing. I kept trying "resume setup" and the
start from scratch one. I had to keep fiddling with it before it finally
worked. I probably had to try each about 10 times. I don't know why it kept
doing that but eventually it finally worked. Just keep trying and it will
work itself out.
