Have you tried to create a Folder to place the saved URL.
Then download the web site with Save as Web complete and direct the download
to that folder.
Now look in that new folder and you will see a .htm or .html file with a
subfolder were all the necessary .css and images are located for that site.
Open the .htm(l) file and see is all is well. Then copy the complete Folder
and sub folder to your cd. Does it work.
I know it works on my computer but never did try to copy to a CD.
p.s. Not all sites can by copied.
