application requested runtime terminate

All of a sudden when I'm open IE it works for about 10
minutes and then I get message:
Program:C:\Programfiles\Internetexplore\iexplorer.exe
This application has requested the runtime to terminate
it in an unusual way.Please contact the applications
support team for more information.
Any idea how to fix this? I can surf the internet
anymore....
