First... From Control Panel> Internet Options> Advanced> uncheck "Enable
third party
browser extensions." That may disable the hijacker.
Then, CWShredder should help. See if you can download CWShredder from one of
these sites:

Which version of Windows are you running?
Post back to this thread. If CWShredder doesn't fix things, we'll post a
