Something has caused "Open in New Window" to stop working 
properly. Only an empty box appears, untill I hit Stop. 
Then the window shows properly with the destination url 
in the address bar. Pressing Refresh then causes the page 
to load properly. Using esc followed by F5 also works. 
Whats causing this and how do i fix it?
