IE6 SP1: History doen't work!

I use Windows 2000 SP4, IE 6 SP1. After installing all the latest updates IE history stopped working.
History is set to 60 days.
1. After logging in to other account and logging back in all hitory seems to be deleted completely.
2. History: View by: date, site, order visited today - don't work at all, by most visited - works.
Tried: Rebooting; Clearing history; Deleting all offline content (manually, too); Deleting all cookies;
Please help.
