Enter Network Password Not Showing

In Internet Explorer 6 I try to visit sites that require
you to login. Normally the Enter Network Password dialog
comes up and asks you but for the past month the never
appears. The pages tries to load and then just stops with
a blank white screen. Going into another browser such as
FireFox will pop the box up. Need help trying to find out
how to get the Enter Network Password in IE back.
