can't access internet explorer

See if anyone can figure this out. My laptop has a fresh
XP pro install on it. I'm able to connect at home to
wireless as well as hardwire but when i get to the office
i can connect to the internal network but can't access
the internet. Everything has been disabled as far as
firewalls, no DNS, WINS, or proxy servers, network card
is set at 100mb half/full doesn't matter. I'm getting an
IP/subnet/gateway..set to DHCP, can ping internal
network, nothing is checked off in IE connection
settings, trying to think of everything but anyway plz
provide advice!!! Thank you
