Clarification on our Scipt Debugging settings:

Before applying update:
On - Disable Script Debugging
Off - Display a notification about every script error

After applying update:
Off - Disable Script Debugging
Off - Display a notification about every script error

It doesn't affect every user every time but does seem to affect most users most of the time.
