page can't be displayed in ie6

Hello.
Getting "page can't be displayed"on some links ie,www.techtv.com/screensavers
however its only filling it in half of the page.the rest of the page is fine.
I tried netscape on the same link, and its o.k. (I should see White background)
I un-installed and re-install I.Explore ,still the same.
Hope this make sense.I know its strange.
again, some part of the page shows "page can't be displayed.."
when the rest of the page is o.k.
any help please!
