I have sub-folders of shortcuts on my links toolbar.
However, I am unable to sort the shortcuts in those
folders in the order I'd like - they stay sorted by name
(click and drag doesn't work).

The same set of shortcuts can also be accessed by
clicking 'Favorites' -> Links -> Folder Name from the top
menu bar, and there I am able to sort them the way I like
but it doesn't reflect in the Links bar itself.

Any idea how to fix this?
