OK..I fixed my own problem...my temp internet files
folder was full.....thanks anyways

Saved Pic are always saved as bitmap
... when i go to save any picture of the net it keeps saving ... it as a bitmap i don't even have a choose to change it to ... jpeg this happens on files i know are jpeg was woundering ...
