IE keeps crashing, and I get this error message (as well as
others):
EXPLORER caused an invalid page fault in
module MSVBVM60.DLL at 017f:660ef808.

I have been trying to fix this for several weeks, and am
now using Netscape full time on this machine. Am about to
reformat drives: any advice before I have to take that step?
