it is either windows freekin messenger start .control
panal.performance and maintenence. administrative tools
.services .disable or stop messenger and click apply ok
thats good. or you have spyware living on your system
holding the popups .go to safer-networking.org spybot .
download . update and scan. remove checked items. use
immunize. block bad pages etc. keeps backups in case some
program no longer works.
popup killers won't work when popups live in your computer.
