Looks like you might have a spybot or browser helper object installed. A Google search didn't find "wcadw0.dll", but found a reference for "wcadw.dll":

If you installed a browser helper, then uninstall it. Do a system and registry search for "wcadw0.dll" file and make sure it's gone.
