Looks like you might have a spybot or browser helper object installed. A Google search didn't find "wcadw0.dll", but found a reference for "wcadw.dll":
"Browser Helper Objects"
http://www.spy-bot.net/list_bho.asp
If you installed a browser helper, then uninstall it. Do a system and registry search for "wcadw0.dll" file and make sure it's gone.

Every now and then I get this message from Microsoft Internet Explorer, that it has encountered a problem and needs to close.I then have to restart (automatically).
Appl.Name: iexplore.exe
Appl.Vers.: 6.0.2800.1106
Mod.Name: wcadw0.dll
Mod.Vers.: 0.0.0.0
Offset: 00020e30
I am using MS IE6 on a win 98SE machine
If some one could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.
