Problem with msg prompt

Hello All,
I keep receiving the IE msgbox, "Information being sent may be viewed by
others" everytime I do a search on a site. Even if I click on "Do not show
this message again" the prompt still reappears. This even happen in the same
session (without opening and closing IE). Any ideas on how to stop
this!....I have lowered security to low and everything else I could
find.....Is there a reg edit
