How to remove the ISP branding in Internet Explorer?

My family recently moved from Germany back to the States. While there, I had my computer hooked up to the internet through the German online provider T-Online via DSL. Now that we've returned, my IE has been "branded" (at least that's what the computer guys at work say) by the T- Online. For example, the title at top of my web browser doesn't just say "Microsoft Internet Explorer", it says "Microsoft Internet Explorer von T-Online" and my online support link does not go to the Microsoft website, but to t-online's website. I have tried to delete IE from my computer and reinstall it, but it is being stubborn and won't budge. I can't find where the packet of information is that pulls it to the German sites, but I would like to fix it, especially since I don't read German well enough for it to help me. I've given up after much hair pulling and searching. Any help would be appreciated.
